How does Crowdlens analyze my videos?
Crowdlens reads your video's transcript and top comments using AI. It extracts recurring themes, audience sentiment, engagement patterns, and growth opportunities — then surfaces them in a format you can actually act on. No manual review required.
Do I need to connect my YouTube account?
Not for the demo. You can paste any public YouTube channel URL and get a full analysis without signing in. The full app uses Google OAuth to pull your own channel's videos directly, which allows deeper analysis of your private analytics alongside public comment data.
How many comments does Crowdlens analyze?
Up to 500 top comments per video, ranked by YouTube's own relevance algorithm. This gives a strong signal on what your most engaged viewers are saying, without drowning the analysis in low-quality spam or one-off reactions.
What languages are supported?
Currently English only. Our AI models perform most reliably on English transcripts and comments, and we want the quality bar to be high before expanding. More languages — starting with Spanish and French — are planned for later this year.
Is my data private?
We don't store your comments permanently. Analysis results are cached temporarily (up to 30 days) to speed up repeat loads of the same channel, then deleted. We do not sell, share, or use your data to train models. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Two ways: email us at hello@crowdlens.io with a description of what happened (screenshots always help), or open an issue directly on our GitHub feedback tracker at github.com/crowdlens/feedback/issues. GitHub issues get triaged every week.
