Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Crowdlens. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Crowdlens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
2. Description of Service
Crowdlens is an AI-powered analytics tool that analyzes publicly available YouTube video transcripts and comments to provide content creators with audience insights, content feedback, and strategic recommendations. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and is subject to change.
3. YouTube API Services
Crowdlens uses the YouTube Data API to read publicly available video metadata and comments. We do not request access to your YouTube account. By using Crowdlens, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Credits, Payments & Refunds
Access to analysis features requires purchasing credits. Credits are consumed when you run analyses and are non-refundable except in cases of technical failure on our part (in which case credits are automatically refunded to your account). Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. One-time credit bundles do not expire. Prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not analyze content you do not have the right to access, attempt to circumvent usage limits, share account credentials, or submit false information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and AI infrastructure powering the Service are owned by Crowdlens and its licensors. Analysis output generated from your content is yours to use freely. You retain all rights to your own videos and content. You grant Crowdlens a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to deliver the Service.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Crowdlens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Crowdlens in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused purchased credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account deletion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
